I'd heard life begins at 40, guess I'm still waiting, then. Too bad these sacks under my eyes don't know life hasn't begun yet, they make me look 60 already.

I am writing this using my new reading glasses... I have squinted and held things at arms length for a while.. but it has been getting harder and harder. Oh well, maybe I will look distinguished with glasses? Or dorky? I will have to ask my teenage daughter, I am sure she will be considerate and thoughtful of my feelings... right?

Ahh, safety in numbers. So many are feeling the effects of age.

I should work on feeling empowered with my age and I would if I could get a hand free from fanning myself.
